Lebese scoops Miss Teen Africa Lesotho

Dazzling 15-year old Hlompho Lebese is over the moon after she scooped the Miss Teen Africa Lesotho title over the weekend.

Victory in the prestigious pageant organised by local modelling academy, ‘Mabotle Lesotho, earns the Machabeng College stunner a chance to represent Lesothoin Egypt in 2025.  

Hlompho’s victory is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and the transformative power of the competition, which serves as a beacon of empowerment within the community.

The contest offers participants a unique platform to showcase their talents and beauty while fostering personal growth. 

Through various workshops and training sessions, contestants gain invaluable skills in public speaking, self-presentation, and leadership, significantly enhancing their self-esteem. The supportive environment encourages individuals to step out of their comfort zones, embrace their uniqueness, and build confidence in their abilities.

Hlompho’s win is not just a personal achievement; it symbolises the dreams and aspirations of many young individuals in her community. 

As she prepares to fly the country’s flag next year, the young beauty queen hopes to inspire others to pursue their ambitions fearlessly and showcase the rich culture and heritage of their homeland on the international stage.
