Coach helps people communicate with confidence

Public speaking coach, Mantharetso Masiea, is on a mission to help leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and organisations communicate with confidence, clarity, and impact.

Masiea’s work is expressed through two main platforms — The Speakers Nexus, which focuses on communication, personal branding, and leadership presence, and Mantharetso Creative Studio, which merges makeup, styling, and photography to help individuals express their personal brand visually and confidently.

Masiea is the founder and CEO of The Speakers Nexus. She has coached professionals across diverse industries, including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

“My approach is always personal. I don’t believe in copy-and-paste coaching because every client’s story, confidence level, and environment are unique. I take time to understand who they are, what season they are in, where they are headed, and what message they need to embody — then we build from there,” she explained.

Masiea said many of her clients struggle with inner limitations such as fear, self-doubt, and overthinking, which often cloud their message. She helps them reconnect with their voice — not just its sound, but also the belief and purpose behind it.

Once they reconnect with that inner conviction, their delivery, tone, and storytelling naturally become more powerful, she told theReporter in an interview.

Masiea’s coaching focuses on helping clients rediscover their values, strengths, and personal stories, and then crafting a brand that communicates these clearly — in how they speak, dress, and present themselves both online and offline.

She shared the story of a client who had been promoted to a managerial role in a male-dominated industry and initially felt unseen and unheard.

“Through our sessions, she learned to own her presence — to speak with conviction, command attention, and communicate with authority while remaining authentic to her personality. Today, she leads her team confidently and commands respect,” she recounted.

Masiea starts by helping clients reflect — not just on what they do, but on who they are.

“We unpack their story, their values, and the impact they want to create. Once they see the beauty in their uniqueness, it becomes easier to align their communication, image, and content with that truth,” she pointed out.

Passionate about transformation and personal growth, Masiea said nothing fulfills her more than seeing people find their voice and use it to influence, lead, and inspire.

Her mission, she concluded, is “to help others communicate their light with clarity and courage — because when a voice aligns with purpose, everything changes.”
