‘Re Le Utloile Basotho’ campaign kicks off

By Neo Kolane

Insurance company Alliance General Insurance today launched a campaign called ‘Re Le Utloile Basotho’ which is aimed at bringing back its clientele who fell behind on premium payments as a result of the Covid-19.

Alliance head of marketing and communication, ‘Makeabetsoe Mabaleha says Alliance decided to launch the campaign after receiving requests from clients who were not able to pay for their premiums on various policies such as their car or house insurance.

Mabaleha explained that the insurance company will extend its services to its clientele who are still willing to renew their policy by firstly permitting them a month notice if they were a member.

Secondly, Alliance will give their clients a discount, meaning it will pay for only one month if the client is willing to renew their Alliance policy.

“Thirdly we heard a plea that parents are unable to take their children back to school, they are unable to pay for school fees, and we will therefore give M100 000 to Basotho who renew their policies,” Mabaleha said.
