IEC logistics manager, ‘Manepo Letsapo said the ballot paper arrived in the country on November 30 and was kept safely at the commission’s warehouse.

“For Mohlakeng 02 A05-02 in Maseru, there will be by-elections after the death of the councillor,” Letsapo indicated.
