The Roads Directorate has appointed Boitumelo Dillane as the new Director of Road Network Maintenance.
He will lead the Road Network Maintenance Division, overseeing the planning and implementation of roads and footbridge maintenance programmes in the country.
Dillane, who assumed office on November 1, will also provide guidance and assistance to the regions with management of contracts and force account teams engaged in routine and periodic maintenance of existing roads and drainage structures.
“We are confident that his extensive experience will contribute significantly to the improvement of our road maintenance efforts,” the Roads Directorate said in a recent statement.
