The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) will tomorrow launch the Polihali Bargaining Forum Constitution.
According to an LHDA statement issued today, the launch will take place at the new LHDA Operations Centre at Polihali.
The forum is a structured platform where representatives of contractors and employees on the LHWP Phase II engage in collective bargaining to negotiate employment terms and conditions
It was set up in the beginning of construction of major contracts to improve relations, communication and engagement between contractors and trade unions.
