Bouquet Garni to host ‘Paint & Pour Pink Experience’

Bouquet Garni Events is set to host its second sip-and-paint event, the Paint & Pour Pink Experience, at Lekhalong Natural Spring Water, offering a unique fusion of art, music, and nature.

The event planning and hosting company based in Lesotho is known for organising unique lifestyle and social events that often blend art, entertainment, and nature.

One of its signature event types is the Paint & Pour Experience, which combines guided painting sessions with wine tasting or themed beverages, set in scenic or relaxing environments such as natural springs or guest houses.

The company appears to be building a reputation for creating vibrant, creative, and Instagram-worthy experiences aimed at young adults and professionals seeking leisure activities that are both artistic and social.

Following the success of its inaugural event held on March 30, 2025 at Botleng Guest House, the company is bringing back the experience in response to overwhelming public demand.

In an interview with theReporter, the company’s Managing Director, ‘Mabohlokoa Moaki, described the event as more than a social gathering.

“It’s a culture and a movement designed to foster sisterhood and offer a therapeutic space for self-reconnection through art, music, and wine. The event is open to both Basotho ladies and ‘gentle gents”, she said.

Dubbed the “Shades of Pink” edition, the Paint & Pour Pink Experience promises a comprehensive and immersive social occasion. Guests will receive painting kits and canvases, a bottle of wine, and welcome drinks on arrival. A three-course meal and access to a harvest table are also included.

The ambiance will be elevated by live music from a saxophonist and a popular DJ, while ticket holders will also stand a chance to win various giveaways and prizes. The event will run from midday into the evening.

The natural spring setting was chosen to emphasize the harmony between art and the outdoors.

Guests are encouraged to draw creative inspiration from the scenic environment of Lekhalong Spring Water Park during the warm spring afternoon.

Bouquet Garni Events is targeting young professionals and art enthusiasts seeking a unique entertainment experience.

Known for its refined décor and styling, the company promises a visually stunning atmosphere adorned with vibrant pink accents. The dress code is “all shades of pink.”

Attendees will also have the opportunity to display their finished artworks and share their inspirations, fostering a sense of community and artistic exchange.

In support of local talent, Bouquet Garni Events plans to partner with art houses and invite local artists to exhibit and sell their work.

Moaki emphasized the company’s commitment to uplifting fine artists within the community and hopes the event will spark broader interest in the art market.

Looking ahead, the company envisions expanding the platform to new locations and audiences, with plans to make it an annual event during the warmer months. Smaller-scale corporate versions are also in the pipeline.

As part of its social responsibility efforts, Bouquet Garni Events will partner with a local fleet taxi company to provide transport services, ensuring safe travel for guests. The event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Security personnel will be on-site, and guarded parking for attendants will be available.
