Youth media drive hits Botha Bothe

The Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation will hold a district youth innovation media drive in Botha Bothe on Thursday this week.

The initiative is targeted at youth who are passionate about innovation, technology and media.

In a recent statement, the ministry said its goal is to identify, celebrate and promote young innovators and entrepreneurs changing Lesotho for the better.

“This drive is in line with UN Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure),” it noted.

The project is supported by the United Nations Development Programme, American Corner, and the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development.

The roadshow will travel across the country’s 10 districts.
