Khasipe appointed LNDC CEO

The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) has announced the appointment of Mr Thabo Khasipe as Chief Executive Officer.

In a statement, LNDC said it looks forward to Khasipe’s wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated over a myriad of roles that have contributed to the shaping of Lesotho’s economy both locally and internationally.

Before this appointment, Khasipe was the third Southern African Customs Union (SACU) Executive Secretary from February 2023 until 31 October 2025. His work at SACU began in 2015 where he served as Deputy Executive Secretary for a year.

“As the Corporation welcomes Mr Khasipe and looks ahead with great eagerness to fulfilling its purpose, it also wishes to express its deepest appreciation to the outgoing Interim Chief Executive Officer, Mr Molise Ramaili for his diligent service at the Corporation, and to wish him success in his future endeavours,” the statement noted.
