Standard Lesotho Bank (SBL) has decreased its prime lending rate will from 10.25% to 10.00%, effective from 27 November 2025.
This in line with the Central Bank of Lesotho’s recent decision to reduce the CBL rate from 6.75% to 6.50%.
In a statement, SBL also announced that deposit rates would also reduce with effect from the same date.
