DCEO unveils progress

The Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences(DCEO) has announced some of its key achievements, operational milestones, and strategic interventions undertaken between April and November 2025, in line with its statutory mandate.

These include the setting up of new regional offices in Botha-Bothe and Mohales’ Hoek, on 13 and 20 November25, to serve the Northern and Southern districts to improve access for citizens.

DCEO Director General, Advocate Brigadier MantšoSello, told a press conference in Maseru today that the anti-corruption body has come up with a strategic plan for 2025-2030.

He noted that the DCEO had also submitted its annual report for 2024/25 to parliament, communicating key achievements and activities for the given period.

Adv Brig Sello added that since the inception of DCEO in the 10th Amendment Act 2025, the organisation would now be known as Lesotho Independent Anti-Corruption and Ethics Commission.
