ETL opens new shop in Mafeteng

Econet Telecom Lesotho (ETL) has opened a new shop at Patsa Building in Mafeteng.

This marks a significant step in the company’s mission to enhance customer experience and expand access to digital services across Lesotho.

The launch underscores ETL’s commitment to bringing world-class services closer to local communities.

Lerato Nchaba from the ETL Retail Department explained that the opening of the shop is part of their efforts to bring services directly to the people.

She said this comes at a time when ETL has launched a festive campaign titled _Hoa Khonahala_.

“We assure the Mafeteng community that we will serve them properly,” Nchaba added.

Local business owner Molise Rammusi, a long-time user of Econet products, praised the service, saying he has had a problem-free experience.

Rammusi urged ETL management to be more responsive to community concerns and feedback, emphasizing the need for action beyond just “sitting at a desk.”

He also appealed for more engagement with district users seeking solutions.
