Naledi Funeral Planners says the company remains strong despite management disputes that recently shook it.
Acting Managing Director, Tšolo Seutloali, assured Naledi Funeral Planners its clients that it continues to honour its obligations and pay out claims and benefits as required by the law.
He noted that challenges are inevitable in any organisation and that what matters most is how they are managed and resolved.
“Naledi Funeral Planners remains unshaken,” Seutloali told a press conference on Monday.
For his part, Naledi Funeral Planners board chairperson Thabiso Madiba, also assured clients that the company remains stable both operationally and financially.
Madiba pointed out that the dispute over leadership and management positions at Naledi Funeral Planners is currently before the courts.
“Clients must know that their funds remain safe and that the organisation has plans to rebuilding public trust and restoring confidence,” he added.
