theReporter has won the 2023 African Excellence Award for ‘Digital and Print Newspaper of the Year 2023 – Lesotho’.
The newspaper is among 33 winners from various sectors across Africa honoured last week by leading London-based magazine, MEA Markets.
The publication said the awards recognise people and companies driving change in Africa through innovation.
They also provide a platform to highlight excellence within the business sector by looking at a range of corporate activities including deals, projects, and company initiatives, both internal and in the community.
“The awards highlight and acknowledge industry leaders from across the continent, whose work and determination has helped to drive Africa to be recognised as one of the leading places for international business,” the organisers noted.
MEA Awards Coordinator, Kaven Cooper, commented on the success of the programme and its winners.
“Here we see a magnificent and diverse programme flourish yet again. We showcase businesses with expertise in destination management and international tourism to pivotal branding and design.
