Stakeholders in the Regeneration of Landscapes and Livelihoods (ROLL) project are meeting in Maseru this week to discuss their roles and duties.
The project was established in 2022 by the International Fund for Agricultural Development to assist rural communities transform their landscapes and livelihoods by adopting sustainable land management practices.
Such actions are expected to enhance theflow of agro-ecosystem goods and services, climate change resilience and household income diversification.
According to a statement by the Natural Resource Management (NRM), the stakeholders are meeting today and tomorrow to discuss ways of ensuring that the project produces the desired results.
āThe programme aims to prevent disputes and effort duplication within the project as well as to ensure that the roles and responsibilities of each partner are clearly defined,ā it noted.
