Higherlife Foundation awards 10 scholarships

King Letsie III has presented scholarships to 10 young Basotho, marking a significant milestone in Lesotho’s educational journey.

The initiative is supported by Econet Telecom Lesotho through its social investment arm, Higherlife Foundation Lesotho. It aims to empower young Basotho through education in critical fields such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Speaking at the presentation ceremony held at the Royal Palace in Maseru on Monday, Dennis Plaatjies, CEO of Econet Telecom Lesotho, expressed his profound honour to be part of this celebration.
