T Born to release video for hit song

Morija-born artist Tumelo Seliane, popularly known by his stage name T Born, is set to release a music video for his song ‘Eona o Molimo’ at the end of this month.

The song, which translates to “He is God,” addresses pressing social issues such as violent crime and teenage rape, capturing the nation’s cry for divine protection and mercy.

“The song reflects the desperate times we live in and our collective need for spiritual intervention,” Seliane said.

The music video is a collaborative project with Phiri Production, which provided extensive coverage and support throughout its development.

The video also features local talent, Tankiso Moahloli, celebrated for his distinctive sound and captivating performances.

According to Seliane, the partnership with Phiri Production not only elevated the visual quality of the video but also aimed to shine a light on Lesotho’s rich pool of artistic talent.

“This collaboration highlights the importance of supporting emerging artists and nurturing creativity in our communities,” he noted.

The video was shot at Matsoso Photography Studio, located in the vibrant Hi-Fi City, a hub known for its exceptional photography and videography services. With state-of-the-art equipment and a skilled team, the studio played a pivotal role in executing Seliane’s artistic vision.

“We wanted every frame to speak to the message of the song,” Seliane explained. “The visuals had to be just as powerful as the lyrics to truly resonate with viewers.”

Seliane believes the video has a strong viral potential, thanks to its meaningful message and visual appeal.

“Today, people are more inclined to engage with visual content. This video bridges the gap between audio and imagery, allowing us to reach a broader audience and create a deeper emotional impact.”

Seliane pointed out that this project is more than just a music video; it’s a call for reflection and unity.

“Through compelling visuals and a heartfelt message, we hope to inspire dialogue and bring communities together. We invite everyone to watch the video, share it, and join us on this journey of artistic expression and social awareness,” he added.
