Nedbank injects M1m into race

Nedbank Lesotho will inject M1 million into the Nedbank Maseru City Run, formerly known as Maseru City Run, over the next three years.
The bank will donate M300 000 in the first year, M325 000 in the second year, and M375 000 in the final year.
Head of Marketing & Communications Sekonyela Maramane said they were partnering Eventful Moments to run the event.
“We’re finance experts who do good as our responsibility to give back to the community. The wellness of people is our pinnacle,” he noted.
“We expect the Nedbank Maseru City Run to benefit the tourism sector, directly and indirectly.”
So far, 1152 people have registered to participate in the annual road race.
