The Lesotho Entrepreneurship Hub & Seed Financing Facility (LEHSFF) has invited innovative small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups to apply for the 5th incubation cycle.
The scheme, which is run under the Lesotho Competitiveness and Financial Inclusion (CAFI) project, will run from February to August next year.
The LEHSFF is designed to empower high-growth, high-impact enterprises, particularly in agriculture, tourism and hospitality, construction, manufacturing and green energy, creative industries and technology and innovation, in alignment with the government’s Second National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP II).
“The government of Lesotho has received a loan from the International Development Association of the World Bank to implement the CAFI project. This is aimed at increasing access to business support services and financial products targeted at MSMEs and entrepreneurs, especially women and youth,” said in a statement.
