Gender Links to share GBV study report

Non-governmental organisation, Gender Links, will today share preliminary insights from the ongoing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Indicators Study in Lesotho, as the country commemorates International Women’s Day 2026.

The event aims to stimulate informed national dialogue on emerging GBV trends, evolving social norms, and institutional responses in Lesotho.

According to Gender Links Lesotho, the studyrepresents one of the most comprehensive national research initiatives on GBV and seeks to strengthen evidence-based advocacy and coordinated action acrosssectors.
“The programme will bring together government representatives, development partners, civil society organisations, media, and other stakeholders, providing an opportunity for engagement, networking, and shared learning,” the organisation said in a statement.
