Pick n Pay robbed

Six days ago, Pick n Pay Masianokeng launched its official operation, opening it’s doors to the public. This evening about 6:45pm it got robbed by an undisclosed number of armed men.

Store manager, Kojang Malahleha confirmed to theReporter that the store was indeed robbed by gunmen. She mentioned that gladly there were no fatalities, however money and brand new phones were taken.

“These men asked customers to lie down, holding them hostage while they carried out the robbery. They opened fire on civilian cars on their way out. The police arrived at the scene after the culprits were gone.”
