Twenty-eight-year old Ralibuseng Moshesha of Ha Lekhari appeared before the Mafeteng magistrate court on October 29 2020 on charges of attempted murder, robbery, sexual assault and possession of unlicensed firearms.

Moshesha joins his co-accused Mosa Mokoena (28) of Ha Lekhari who also appeared before Mafeteng magistrate court on October 27 on the same charges as the first accused. They are awaiting trial while in police custody and are expected to appear before magistrate against on November 11 2020.

According to police, on October 23 2020, at 11:00pm, the pair accosted a 29-year old woman of Ha Ramohapi, who was in her 4+1 cab with her husband.

The accused pointed a gun at the victims and demanded the car but the husband fled, leaving his wife in the hands of their assailants.
