Maputsoe police seek to identify dead woman

Maputsoe police have appealed to the public to help with the identification of a woman who was found dead on July 6 at St Monica in Leribe.

The police say the woman is suspected to have been killed as she had strangulation marks on her neck.

“The corpse is of a light-skinned woman aged between 25 and 30. She was found wearing a blue jacket, a blue sweater with ‘Hill Side No.19-89 America Today’ printed on the chest. She also had a fluffy white and black jersey, and a pair of off-white track pants with green bands on the sides and around the ankles.

“She also wore black stockings and white lace-up shoes with a thick sole. Anyone with information that might help with the identification of the deceased should contact the Maputsoe police on 27023083/22430532.
