Events company to launch movement

By Neo Kolane

Vibe Productions Inc will be launching ‘Ha se Lerato ke machankura; stop the killing of women’ edition at Club Ether on Friday next week.

Vibe Productions Inc is an events management and marketing company.

Director of Vibe Productions Inc, Mohale Lebina, told theReporter that the company will be launching a day for a campaign movement against gender-based violence.

He said that he is highly disturbed, frustrated, sick and tired of men killing women in recent times.

“We are keeping quiet about it and doing nothing about it. When will we rise up and say enough is enough, it stops here. We have had enough.

“I will use my platform to raise awareness to recruit an army that will never keep quiet. Something has to be done. It might be a drop in an ocean but it will have a ripple effect,” Lebina said.

Lebina said that there will be a main show on November 27 where Lesotho hip-hop artist, Malome Vector and South African hip-hop artist Miss Pru DJ will be gracing the grounds of Club Ether.

“Revellers are expected to come in large numbers at both the launch and the main event,” Lebina

said.

He is also known for hosting Vetkuk vs Mahoota, LES finest at Chilla Nathi in Mohale’s Hoek and hosting the South African artists Blaq Diamond and Oscar Mbo on July 4.

On the line-up will be Juvy, Mmateng, Marx Brad’s, Mr Snow, Dj Toxique, Ten/10, Dj Tedoz, Khebza, Vesta and Sparta.

The attendance will cost M100 for ordinary revellers while VIPs will fork out M300. The VVIPs will pay M2000 for four tags.
