RECIPE: Soul Trout

Ingredients

  • De-bone Trout fillet
  • Tablespoon of  olive oil
  • Tablespoon of  fish spice
  • Tablespoon of course black pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Two Tablespoon of  butter
  • 1 small fresh lemon

METHOD

Take the deboned fillet, gently rub the olive oil onto it. Season it with all the spices and finish it with rubbing the butter on it and pouring the lemon juice lastly. Place it in a pre heated over 180°C and bake it for 10 minutes then serve it hot with Fresh garden salad and vegetables
