Ministry clarifies conflicting Covid-19 results

The ministry of health says it has noted the confusion caused by three phases of COVID-19 result updates which were made on September 7, 2020, where the dates appearing on the national updates on Covid-19 status, contradict with the dates appearing on the stamp.

In a statement issued on Wednesday 09 September, 2020, the ministry says this was caused by results pressure and delays in their signatory prior the distribution to the society.

“However, the dates appearing on those three phases are just the way they are, what happened is that those three result phases were signed on the same date with the date of issuing a stamp.

“The ministry of Health apologises to the public for the confusion caused by this incident.”
