Letšeng Diamonds (PTY) Ltd has announced the recovery of a high-quality 294.94 carats Type II white diamond at its mine in Mokhotlong on Tuesday this week.
In a statement, Letšeng said this is the first 100+ carat stone to be recovered by the mine in this new year.
The mine previously announced the recovery of 117.46 carats white (D), Block, Quality (VVS2) type II, Light Breakage on October 29, 2023
