Motolo publishes another yet book

By Matšeliso Phulane

Carol Motolo of Tsikoane in the Leribe district has published her fourth book titled ‘The dreamer, the Calling and the Journey’.

The book marries some of the most profound scientific information with ancient wisdom to show how people can experience a more mystical life.

In an interview with theReporter, Motolo said: “Readers will learn that we are, quite literally, supernatural by nature if given the proper knowledge and instruction, and when we learn how to apply that information through various meditations, we should experience a greater expression of our creative abilities.

“Apart from that, people will learn that we have the capacity to tune in to frequencies beyond our material world and receive more orderly coherent streams of consciousness and energy.

“We can intentionally change our brain chemistry to initiate profoundly mystical transcendental experiences; and how, if we do this enough times, can develop the skill of creating a more efficient, balanced, healthy spiritual life with a more unlimited mind and greater access to realms of spiritual truth.”

She mentioned that she comes from a home of writers, so she started journaling at a very young age.

Then life happened: she went through various experiences and used writing as a healing technique.

“I am a spiritually-gifted individual. I get to experience a lot of people from a different perspective. Many go through a lot spiritually and I felt this book will help them navigate and find themselves and understand their awakening.

“The book is about spirituality, finding yourself, understanding your gift and how to seek help and where to seek help. Also, we are fed a lot of wrong information out there and a lot people end up being initiated and risk their lives sorely because of lack of understanding and knowledge of their journey and what’s happening to them,” she observed.

Speaking of the challenges she encountered in writing, Motolo said the toughest challenge was trying not to be too personal.

She needed to remove her emotions and fury and look at things without favouritism and teach with favouring a gift over another.

The books she has published include: ‘Living in faith’ in 2017, Survivor’s Tales (2019), ‘Katleho e Leetong’ in 2021 and now ‘The dreamer, the Calling and the Journey’.

Motolo explained that she is a dynamic visionary who has a soft heart for those who are lost and troubled. She is a published author, speaker, a light worker, healer, prophet (Ngoan’a Badimo), a mother, entrepreneur and a student of life.

She is the founder of Virtue Cosmetics – an African brand for women and the community at large. The purpose is to accentuate the original beauty that lives within.

Motolo is also the founder of Virtue Magazine – a bi-monthly lifestyle publication that offers easily accessible, tip driven advise on the go. It is informative, inspiring and knowledgeable.

Furthermore, she is the founder of the Carol Motolo Foundation a non-profit, faith based, community developmental organisation which aims to create a safe environment where rape, injustice and other societal ills against women will be a thing of the past.

Shealso  founded LaFlo Winery – a wine brand with six flavours.

“What sets me apart is that I am on a mission of empowering women that were birthed out of bad choices and the pain that came with them.

“To understand my journey is to truly understand the gospel, given my not-so-stereotypical trajectory of divine design, that serves as proof positive to how only God could make something so right of something so wrong. I embraced the evolution,” Motolo noted. She added that 2000 copies have been preordered so far.
