Executive Transport has announced that all employment contracts for its staff stationed at Kao Diamond Mine will conclude in two months. The company’s mining services contract with the mine is also set to expire within the same period.
Managing Director Lehlohonolo Lephema said departments will soon begin transition planning and final performance evaluations as the company approaches the contract’s end date.
He noted that should the contract be extended or alternative positions become available within the company, affected employees meeting the criteria will be contacted directly.
In a statement, Lephema thanked staff for their dedication and assured that Executive Transport remains committed to a fair and transparent conclusion process.
