Lesotho has recorded the highest Covid-19 recovery rate yet, with the number of active cases having dropped by 75.
According to the ministry of health, the country’s total Covid-19 cases rose by 43 from 903 to 946 between last Friday and Sunday.
During the same period the number of recoveries surged by 113 from 310 to 423, which brings the total recovery rate to 45 percent. The number of fatalities now stands at 30, meaning the total number of active cases has dropped from by 75 from 568 to 493.
