EP rapper wins his crush

By Neo Kolane

Rapper, singer and producer, Alpha-Key has won his crush’s heart thanks to his recent Extended Play (EP) titled Finding Love which was released on June 25.

An extended play record, usually referred to as an EP, is a musical recording that contains more tracks than a single but fewer than an album

Born Rorisang Ntšoba from Berea told theReporter that the five tracked EP was inspired when he met a girl he had a crush on.

Alpha-Key continued that he fell for a particular girl since February and later began texting her but she turned him down saying that she has a boyfriend.

“After the EP was released with all songs directed to my then girlfriend everything fell in place.

The 20 year-old regards this EP as his best work because the previous songs were not much a hit.

The hip-hop fanatic says that his is the first EP which he related to him personally.

He revealed that it took a while before his crush knew the songs were directed to her but when she did, she loved them wholeheartedly.

“I want people to know that music is my talent and people can actually use their talent to get whatever they want in life,” he said.

Another reason he opted for an EP is because he realized that people don’t have a long attention span like before hence a resean for him to produce only five songs.

Alpha-Key who is also into visual art said that “tells his followers to keep streaming the EP, or that it can be bought on Amazon.”

Alpha-key is known for songs like Stuck which he dropped and thought he should drop something. It is available on all major streaming platforms. He gave credit to Bran Leo for helping out with this killer track.
