By Matṧeliso Phulane

The initiative is aimed at promoting and raising awareness on products and new developments taking place within the organisation.
The products include online services and communication changes that often take place at the border.
The Mphahlolle campaign will be taken to all the country’s 10 disricts every Friday.

“RSL recognises this and is committed to embracing change, innovation, and modernisation to better serve our clients. Our online services reflect our dedication to convenience and efficiency.
“The campaign is more than just a set of marketing materials or a series of events. It is a commitment to providing clients with better, more efficient, and more accessible services.
“We are not just adapting to the changing times; we are embracing them and leveraging them to your advantage. We have chosen to embark on this campaign because we believe that informed clients are empowered clients,”

She further indicated that RSL wants its clients know that they have the tools at their disposal, and to understand how the changes within the organisation can work to their benefit.
“As we kick off this campaign, we invite you to engage with us, ask questions, provide feedback, and participate actively in this transformation.”
