The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning will tomorrow host a National Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Forum.
The forum aims to strengthen collaboration and improve results-based management across sectors. It will bring together key stakeholders involved in planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
According to the ministry, the meeting will provide a platform for government officials, development partners, civil society organisations, academia and private sector representatives to share experiences, discuss emerging trends and promote the implementation of the National M&E Policy.
The initiative is also intended to encourage a results-based management culture through improved knowledge-sharing, learning and strategic dialogue among stakeholders.
A broader national M&E Forum is anticipated in January or February 2027.
