Letshego opens new branch in Hlotse

Letshego Financial Services on Friday officially opened its new branch in Hlotse, Leribe, as part of its efforts to expand its services and improve customer experience.
Speaking at the launch, Letshego Financial Services Chief Operating Officer, Bright Pita, said the opening of the branch symbolised the company’s continued growth and commitment to serving its customers.
He said the company’s growth was reflected not only in the new building but also in its workforce, with staff members drawn from the district.
“We want to strengthen our customer service and demonstrate our commitment to the growth of Leribe as a district,” he said.
Pita explained that Letshego began operating in Hlotse in 2015, initially occupying two smaller premises before moving into the new, larger facility.
The new branch boasts several facilities, including a boardroom, kitchen, bathrooms and a spacious waiting area.
Branch Manager ‘Matlotliso Molefi said they had long hoped to have a branch of this size and expressed gratitude to management for making it possible.
Molefi said the official opening marked another step in the company’s efforts to improve people’s lives.
“This we do through assisting our customers in borrowing, investing and saving,” she noted.
