Miss Culture 2023 queen, Keketso Jobo came second at the Zuri Africa Queen 2023 pageant held in Pretoria, South Africa last night.
Keketso was competing against nine contestants from other African countries such as Mozambique, Cameroon and Botswana.
This was the first time Lesotho was represented at the Zuri Africa Queen pageant.
The 21-year-old earned the opportunity to enter the competition after she was crowned Miss Culture earlier this year.
Zuri Africa Queen is a premier media forum and expo for African cultural and ethnic-tourism for a global audience. The programme can be hosted by any country that embraces African cultural diversities.
Organisers say this unique concept is not just by name, mission, vision and objectives, but it is also a cultural educational and leadership programme that seeks to mentor young people into ethno-cultural, sociological and effective leadership.
