FNB rewards Lai Lai agents

By ‘Majirata Latela

First National Bank on Friday awarded Cash plus (Lai Lai) agents across the country who have successfully pioneered working on the service.

Speaking at the awards ceremony held in Maseru, the bank’s head of digital Sam Mohatle said the ceremony goes together with a question and answer session in which they addressed some of the challenges and concern the agents face on a daily basis so as to improve their services.

He said Lai Lai was introduced to solve the problem of people who have to travel long distances at great expenses just to withdraw and deposit money. With cash plus agent everywhere in the country, people are now able to do banking even when the banks are closed.

On behalf of RE Holdings, ‘Mathoko Mothetsi said she is happy to have won an award as it motivates her to continue working hard. She applauded FNB for the continued support of their business to make sure that Lai Lai gets as many clients as possible.
